My first time for shipping car. Very informative about the process and timelines to meet my specific travel plans. Good pricing compared to the other 4 reputable companies I talked with. Unfortunately, the day before pickup, the carrier's truck broke down. Montway was very helpful in finding another carrier to pick up within the needed days who delivered earlier than expected, but during my requested window, even though it was a cross country trip. The only downside was that Montway could not provide me with the final carrier's proof of insurance, despite repeated calls, chats, and emails the day before and day of until 10 minutes before pickup! I was pretty nervous about sending out car without proof. Fortunately I reached out directly to the carrier, who reached their insurance agent, and got me proof of insurance an hour before the scheduled pickup.
