Carriers do their best to provide on-time pickups and deliveries despite the many factors outside their control. Drivers work with complex logistics and many operational procedures they have to follow. Due to this, we provide estimated dates/times for shipments as outlined in your confirmation email and our website. Please see our website at https://www.montway.com/ for full details.
Unfortunately, it seems there was a technical issue with the app that the driver was using for this shipment. Which displayed some information incorrectly. We've forwarded this feedback to the carrier and will discuss the issues with them to prevent such situations from occurring again in the future.
