Really depends on your patience whether this is a or 5 star review.. I received my car open transport 12 days after I put in the order. The order was transferred between 4 different transporters before it was actually picked up. The communication between Montway and I was very good, but I initiated each interaction. I was notified erroneously of a cancellation of my order once and called only to find out that the email was meant for the transport driver and not me. The car arrived at my door unharmed and at the price I was quoted. If you are patient and your own best advocate I would recommend Montway.
