My initial contact was very good as I was able to get the information I needed to make a decision about which company to use. We scheduled the pick up and it was a fairly easy transaction. The cost was reasonable. The only difficulty I ran into was the timing of the actual pick up. I did not receive a confirmation call or text that it would happen on the scheduled date. Once it was picked up, however, it was fine. Although I was given the name and phone number of the transporter, I was unable to reach him. I made several calls and actually chatted with service reps to find out where my car was. Due to mechanical issues, the transporter was 6 days late. However I did get my car and it was in good shape, just dirty.
