Car was picked up about 5 days late and I was no longer living at my old location and they have no way to schedule a drop off which seems to be the standard. They said they were the best at getting pickups and drop offs, this was not the case. Drop off was also 2 days later than the estimate after my car was picked up. No communication from the company until I called directy. Generally very poor customer service and a bad expirence. I will not be a returning customer when I find myself needing another car transport in a few months.
