After much concern about rental cars in my new home state, and across the US in general, I decided to bring my car with me on my move across the country. I did some research and found Montway. Their quote was on point and allowed me to selected specific date to have my car picked up. Sure it was a bit more money, but in the scheme of all things it was very reasonable. The transport guy texted me in the am letting me know he'd be up my way between 6 and 8pm. At 7 pm he called me saying he was going to meet me at a shopping center 5 min from my home, for better access and and he'd be there in 30 min. We met at the center he looked over my car, made annotations about all my scuffs and dents [as did I] and he loaded it onto the transport truck. When the company contacted me again, was 3 days later saying my car was in the lot in the neighboring state and I would get it between 2 dates - same dates that were promised when I contracted with Montway. On the last date, only 9 days later, I was told the driver will arrive between 10 and 122 noon. At 11 am, the driver said he'd arrive in 30 min. He texted me every 10 min to update me. He arrived on time, with no additional mileage, in fact, it was less than 1 mile from my photo of my odometer back home 9 days earlier. No problem, the easiest thing about my move was getting my car taken and delivered! This was the best company for this job. Now if only my movers were that excellent....
