Hello Dionna, we're very sorry to hear of the issue with the transport. Transport damage is not common but it does happen.
We can see that our claims team assisted you with proceeding with a claim for your vehicles and an insurance payment is pending. For the three remaining vehicles, we were last informed by you that you would be retrieving the vehicles yourself. We are sorry to learn that did not occur.
