Loading was delayed a bit through no fault of the driver, Tim. I was able to reach him by phone and we arranged pickup as my property would not accommodate the truck/trailer. It was dark and the location was dark but they performed a meticulous inspection of my Q5. Loading was quick but they were very careful in the process. The Q5 arrived safely at destination in spite of very hazardous weather and driving conditions. Tim and crew were the consummate professionals, courteous at every turn. Very positive experience all around!
