Hello, we're sorry to hear of the issues reported. Montway prides itself on providing professional auto transport brokerage services. It seems that the central issues described here were with the carrier companies that facilitated the transport itself. This has been escalated to our compliance team for review. Communication is essential to all services and we apologize that this was not properly provided to you.
Damage is never something anyone wants to occur during transport, but it does happen. What's important is that the proper steps are followed to resolve quickly. If you have any questions regarding this please ask your claims representative.
