I had a cross country move of my vehicle. Montway found a transporter, communicated with me and the process was flawless. The pick up and delivery of my vehicle was the easiest part of the move. I would recommend that the vehicle transport services begin using tracking services. I had no idea where my vehicle was at any time. It would have been helpful to be able to track it.

Thank you for the comments, Debra. I definitely agree GPS tracking is a great feature. But due to complications and regulations within our specific industry type, there are many hurdles to leap before that could ever be standard.
