Transporting Pick Up

They made everything very easy. However, the driver picked up my son's truck at the beginning of the week and said he would have it by Saturday. (from NC to CA) When we found out that our son had not received a call the night before like we were told, my husband called the trucking company. The driver did call us right back, but said he was just leaving NC, on the day he had told us he would have the truck in CA. Then later along on the route and again only after we called, we found out that the drivers truck was in the body shop ?!?!?!?! and they were not sure how long the delay would be. I realize things happen. However, there was no communication until after we called seeking it. Truck was delivered safe & sound... eventually.
