Hello Jim, we're unable to match your information to an order.
The industry dictates pricing, our job as a broker is to present all options to the customer. Because the goal is to get a carrier assigned to transport the vehicle as quickly and securely as possible. It is the customer’s decision to proceed with an option or not. Working at the quoted price is not an issue, we could and would continue to seek out a carrier. As stated in our terms and conditions accepted by our customers upon booking is that all dates are estimated. Meaning there is no time frame as to when or if a motor carrier will want to transport the vehicle at the customer’s preferred price.
