slow match time and poor customer service

The first match we got was an additional $200 on top of what we were quoted for a closed (we requested open) trailer on the first date of our window (the customer service rep told me it would most likely be a few days later). Four days later, we weren't matched with another driver in time and no one reached out to me to check in. Also, you have to talk to a different customer service rep every time you contact them (as opposed to having one designated person on your case), which makes it very difficult to get anything accomplished. Most of the customer service reps also can't do or tell you much.

Hello Angela, we're sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Auto transport is a niche industry and carrier availability is much lower than that of similar industries such as retail goods delivery. We advise all customers on our website and our communications that it can take one to several business days for a carrier to be assigned.
