Hello John, we're sorry to hear about the reported inconvenience.
Please know that the industry dictates pricing, our job as a broker is to present all options to the customer. Because the goal is to get a carrier assigned to transport the vehicle as quickly and securely as possible. It is the customer’s decision to proceed with that option or not. Working at the quoted price is not an issue, we could and would continue to seek out a carrier.
We can see that our claims team was able to provide assistance in the reported claim. We are happy we could help come to a favorable resolution.
