Hello Chul, we apologize for the inconvenience. We expect that all customers properly document and take photos of their vehicles at pick up and delivery. This is a great way to add an extra level of security for yourself. Due to this, our compliance team has taken actions against the motor carrier to prevent such issues from occurring in the future. We have also mailed you the compensation to the address that you have provided to us and can confirm that the check was cashed.
