PREFACE: I will be contacting BBB about this specific company. This company is absolute TRASH. They do not employ the truck drivers. It's based on who is in the area. I happen to live on Cape Cod which apparently, is "out of the way". This was made known to my husband and I two days BEFORE we have to leave state to move. At which point I would be abandoning my vehicle- Montway could not GUARANTEE that it would be picked up. To expedite our vehicle shipment we paid an extra $200 and yet, my car is still sitting with no driver dispatched to pick up. They have already taken payment so that leaves money tied up in this unprofessional and incompetent company; leaving me with no option to explore other transport options. Montway will sell you a good pitch at first, but beware they are not transparent. This review is a courtesy to all people trying to transport their vehicle. MONTWAY AUTO TRANSPORT IS UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT HOLD TRUE TO THEIR CONTRACT OF PICKING UP WITHIN A TIME PERIOD. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE.
