Hello Chris, as informed at the time of booking, we estimate one to several business days for pickup from your first available shipping date (5/7). We advised that due to your locations, it could be a few days due to truck availability. We were informed by the customer on the day of their first available date that the vehicle needed to be picked up that day, which we were not informed of prior to this date. In order to have the vehicle picked up that day, we presented our premium service option. Which would service the vehicle with a local carrier to bring the vehicle to a logistics facility more favorable for a long-haul carrier, We encourage all customers to thoroughly read our service options prior to booking, and if they have questions about the service or need expanded service options to accommodate their needs, that they speak with one of our shipping advisors.
