Terrible company. No communication. No one calls you back. I had to use "chat" to get in touch with anyone. Every time the person I "chatted" with said a company representative would contact me shortly. The NEVER called me back. Never after multiple inquiries and after 5 days. I tried 5 times to find out where my vehicle was and they didn't help me at all. They gave me the run around. I finally got a text message from the driver of the company that was actually doing the transport but it took 5 days. These clowns are just brokers. Middlemen. Don't use them. Find a company and deal directly with them. They don't deserve any part of the fee I am sure they are getting from the company that is actually doing the transport.
