Moved back home for a new job and I was concerned about how to get my car home in the midst of a pandemic. Montway customer service was AMAZING at answering any questions I had. When it came time to get my car picked up, I met the driver about a block away from my home so that he had enough room for his car transport and there was enough light for an inspection. The driver gave me his number so that I could call him with any questions and ask about the progress of my car. It took 5 days to transport my car, and similar to pick up, I met the driver a couple of blocks away where there was space large enough for him to get in and unload my car. Truly great experience in an uncertain time.
