Without going into all the gory details, my problem was with the subcontractor, RoadRunner, and not so much Montway. Although the car sat less than 60 miles from me, I could not get them to deliver the car on time costing me serious extra dollars in auto rental fees. RaodRunner did not respond to phone calls, return voice mails or show up the multiple times that they had scheduled for the return of the car. In the end, I didn't even get an apology. So, if I choose to go with Montway again, the instruction will be to absolutely not use RoadRunner to transport my vehicle.
