Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please note that we generally estimate one to several business days for pick-up. Dates are not guaranteed for our normal services as delays can occur for many reasons. As a broker, Montway will present any option to ship your vehicle. Any additional funds go directly to the carrier assigned. The option to accept or reject is up to the customer alone and if rejected, we will continue working on the order. We understand there was a delay with the delivery due to the snowstorm. With safety for themselves and the vehicles in mind, the driver made the decision to stop until it subsided. We are happy to hear your vehicle was delivered safely. We apologize for the inconvenience and have reached out to try and make things right.
