Hello, Kenneth, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our dates are estimated and not guaranteed as our team let you know at the time of booking. We understand it is important to keep in contact with you when such delays happen and we will make sure to address your concerns with the carrier. Due to safety concerns and industry regulations, they are only able to drive a certain amount of hours in a day. All of our reviews both good and bad have been left by the many customers we have serviced throughout the years. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience that was caused and will work to correct these issues.
