We apologize for the inconvenience caused, Vik. We see you requested several quotes online for different shipping dates. Our booking agent honored the best competitive price that made sure we can get your vehicle shipped in a timely manner. As stated in our terms and conditions our dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Damages made to your vehicle need to be documented at the time of delivery. We also require any issues or damages to be reported within 24 hours from the delivery. Your vehicle was transported on an open hauler and may encounter rock chips to the windshield which is outside of the carriers' control. Unfortunately, rock chips, as well as the mechanical components of your vehicle, are not covered under a claim. The undercarriage and mechanical components are not required to be assessed by the carrier at the time of pickup or delivery. Only the external condition of the vehicle is documented. Our in-house claims team sent you the carriers' insurance information along with what is needed to open a claim. If you decide to make a claim, Montway Inc. does not have control over the claim process. The outcome of your claim will be determined by the insurance company.
