We apologize for the inconvenience caused, Romi. We understand you had an issue with the time estimated to pickup your vehicle as well as the cost. As stated in the booking email you received as well as in our terms and conditions, our dates are estimated and not guaranteed. We expect to assign a carrier within 1 - 5 business days from your first available pickup date, depending on your route. Due to the holiday season, there was a delay in assigning a carrier to your vehicle. Our team will present you with any options that we may come across to get your vehicle shipped. In this case, we did have an option that could accommodate your route and the additional funds would go directly to the carrier for the added fuel and time. If you wish to decline any option we will continue to work on your vehicle shipment at your booked rate. We apologize that we cannot refund your rental fees, however, the gift certificate was being offered for the inconvenience that was caused.
