Great service and followup on the timing of the delivery from Nashville to OKC. Only problem we had was our car was the most forward car on the carrier and got covered with probably 100 bug smears. I was driven accross Tennessee, Arkansas and Oklahoma at night and rain in Nashville. The result was a $30.00 detail job. My daughter had a car transported for a dealer purchased and her car arrived with protective cover on the car... Wondered why our VW wasn't protected??? Hence, only 4 star rating.

Thanks for your feedback, Marv. Please know that your vehicle will be exposed to outside elements while being transported on an open hauler. The manufacturer is actually the one that puts on the protective film cover and makes sure that it will not come off during transporting it to the dealership. However, once they arrive at the dealership that film is taken off. Once that protective film is removed it cannot be put back on. If you would like your vehicle to be protected from outside elements we do offer enclosed shipping.
