As promised, the dispatcher advised me within 12 - 24 hours of when my pick up would be made. It was scheduled for on or after Oct. 10. The pick up was made on Oct. 12th. I received the call on Oct 12th. However, I was told that if I wanted the pick up on that date, I had to pay an extra $50. I feel that was very deceptive and almost a scam. I agreed to pay the $50 for same day delivery. The vehicle was delivered over two hours later than the agreed time and also was picked up over two hours later than the agreed pick up time frame.

Thank you for your feedback, Paul. Our dates are estimated and not guaranteed. The carrier requested the additional funds as he was not intending to go to your delivery location and the additional funds would compensate for the time and gas. We present all options to our customers and it is up to them to decide if they wish to accept or decline.
