I was nervous about handing over my car and keys to a stranger, but Montway allayed my fears and did a great job. The car was picked up the day after I called, and delivered 2000 miles away at the exact address I wanted it delivered to. And the car was in perfect condition, not even dirty from the trip! I had the driver's cell phone, and we texted details back and forth . The whole thing went as smoothly as I could have imagined, and the people were nice too. The chat feature on the website was great, since it let me ask detailed questions about the insurance coverage, safety of open vs. covered transport and other questions. And the chat feature was available at odd hours, too. I hope that I don't need to ship a car in the future, but if I do, I know whom to call.
