If you read this review, do yourself a favor and RUN the other direction. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I paid an added charge for guaranteed pick-up, which they did, but then my car sat in a tow yard for days and days, with no delivery in sight. They do not guarantee a delivery date, nor do they tell you it could take weeks to find a car transporter to pick up your car, yet they put on a heavy sales pitch that they aren’t like the proclaimed ‘B’ grade transporters that low ball the offer, yet neglect to delivery as promised. Well, Montway has done just that, only they charged me much more for the same service. Impossible to reach anyone at the number provided, doesn’t answer any of the emails sent, and leaves their customers hanging in the wind, yet charges in advance of the job being done. The other transport companies I spoke with didn’t charge until the job was complete, yet Montway charges before it’s complete holding you on the hook for services not yet rendered. Don’t walk, run away from this company!

Hello Shannon, we are sorry to hear that the dates did not work for you. The Guaranteed pickup rate only guarantees the pickup and not the delivery. The transit time is longer than expected.
