NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, PLEASE STAY AWAY!! I was cheated out of $50 after contract was signed. And their customer service is the horrible.
After I signed contract to ship a car from TX to NC, they called back and asked me to pay additional $100 if I needed my car to be in NC within 2 days and that the only driver they could find to transport the car to NC was asking for extra $100. When I threatened to cancel the contract, they said they would share the extra charge with me equally- so I reluctantly agreed and paid the $50 extra. But this was a sham, because the driver conferred with me that he never asked for extra money to transport the car to NC.
