There were problems with pick up and delivery. Pick up was later than expected and once the car was on it's way the truck broke down twice - first in Oklahoma and then outside of Phoenix so the actually three day delivery took seven days. Other than that, the people at Montway were very attentive and kept me involved with the process and aware of what was going on. The trucking company that did the actual hauling likewise was attentive and forthcoming about the situation. When the car finally arrived, the provided me with a taxi to the site where the car was as it would have sat for a few days more if I had waited for them to delivery. All in all I was treated fairly and would recommend Montway to anyone. they are thoroughly professional and took good care of me and my car.

The transit time for this route of 1,751 miles is actually 5 - 7 Days. Records show your vehicle was loaded on 10/04/2017 and delivered on 10/11/2017, seven days. We are happy to see that, despite the unforeseen breakdown with the truck, the trucker still managed to deliver the vehicle within the expected transit time.
