Everyone from Rachel and the other customer support personnel at Montway, along with the owner (Walter) of the transport company they used and the driver of the vehicle (Erik) did their jobs admirably.
In particular, due to a breakdown between myself and the auto dealer in LA, Montway was forced to delay pickup of the vehicle. However, Montway went out of their way to reschedule a pickup on literally the day the issue with the car dealer was resolved. That was incredible.
