Timing for picking up my car and dropping off were perfect

I was moving from LA - SF on Friday. I sent my order online on the previous Sunday. During the week, they called me and asked for when would be the latest time that I needed my car picked up and earliest time that I could receive my car in SF. During the week, they contacted multiple carriers. On the first few days of the week, I didn't hear any news so I got a bit worried that I won't have a carrier in time for my move. Then after a few phone calls, my order was pushed up in their priority list. On Thursday 3:30pm, there was still no driver. I went to pick up my uhaul, and started packing my own stuff. Then on around 4:30pm, a driver was assigned and I got a phone call from the driver saying that he could pick up my car in about 1 hour. It was great timing since I got a little bit of time moving stuff out of my car. Then he arrived at my apartment on time and we did an inspection of my car quickly. We discussed about the delivery time and location in SF. Then he loaded my car onto his truck.

On Friday, the driver called me around noon to provide his estimated arrival time. I was going to be a little late on my schedule but he was very forgiven. Since he got to the drop off location early, he unloaded my car and found a parking spot near my apartment. It is great because I dont need to find a spot for both my uhaul and my car after 6 hours of exhausting drive myself! Then we completed the inspection and paperwork quickly. Then he went off to his next job.

The company (Montway) and the carrier driver were both professional and friendly. I think the company makes sure that the drivers meet their standards and does some background check. However, this company is a little expensive than other online quotes.
