Took over a lease and had the car shipped from Florida to Washington state. I originally wanted an enclosed trailer because I've had a bad experience with a shipper in the past and wanted the extra protection. After a few days of my job not being picked up, I reluctantly went with an open trailer. Once we switched to open trailer, my job was picked up immediately by G&D Car Carrier LLC and the car was picked up the next day. I requested the car be delivered no later than a week out and this driver must've been hauling butt across country because he showed up a few days later. I was pleasantly surprised. I contacted their company to get an ETA a few days after they picked up the car, and the girl gave me the driver's number. I called and he told me he'd be in the area that day. The driver, David, was in constant contact with me updating how far out he was and we agreed to meet at a Walmart down the street. My car was shipped on the top level (I've been told by other transports that less damage happens up there) so I was happy to see that. The car arrived in flawless condition other than a few bugs/dirt on the windshield, but that's to be expected going across country. Montway was definitely one of the more reasonably priced car transport brokers I found (and I did all kinds of quotes). Kudos to both Montway and G&D Car Carriers. I would definitely use them again.
