Thank you for your feedback.We regret to learn of the condition in which you received your vehicle as this is uncommon in auto transport.As we have only learned about this on 3/31/17,our in-house Claims department has reached out to the customer providing assistance. As well as detailed steps and documentation for filing a formal insurance claim.We ask that at this time if the customer has any further concerns to contact us directly as we would be more than happy to assist.We appreciate your time.
