Overall experience was very good. I was happy to have a driver that is passionate about his work. I was contacted by the driver 24hrs prior to the drop-off. He explained the procedure and the drop-off time. He delivered on time.

There was confusion about my allowance of packing the car with personal belongings. It was explained in a more precise manner once I was charged extra money for my belongings. I wrote down everything that was explained including an original quote of 999.00. Yes, I was told there was some waivers of fees. Still, it did not smell right when upon pick-up that a third party was tacking on the extra hundred dollars and not your company. It would of been better if Nicloas was in the loop from start to finish and not leaving me with another employee to handle the matter.

I did ask if Montway was the actual carrier or just a broker. I never did get a straight answer. "Sometimes Yes, Sometimes no". I found out in the end that it is a NO.

I did get my car in one piece and was quite happy with the Carrier. At least Montway handed me a company that is trustworthy and reliable.
