Montway Auto Transport did an excellent job of keeping me informed. They notified me both by email and phone of scheduled pickup, actual pickup, transport progress, scheduled delivery time, and called me when the truck was outside my home. The driver was very considerate and actually drove the auto into my garage for me. An unexpected bonus: the auto was transported in a closed carrier, even though I only paid for an open carrier. As the transport took place during a winter storm, this extra protection was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them again!
