I and K was very communicative about their arrival to pick up our vehicle. And Montway provided us with excellent customer service prior to pick-up as well- we called moments before I and K showed up and received thorough and prompt responses. It was a great experience overall, less expensive than competitors, and I'm so glad we were able to find their service
