This was my first time using a vehicle transportation company. Before I purchased the vehicle I got quotes for estimates for shipping and inundated with several companies offering to ship my car. After several intrusive phone calls and emails from other companies, I just ignored them.

I am a professional car collector and was interested in buying a 1973 Cadillac Ambulance. Once I committed to buy my vehicle I ran across a local guy who hauls cars. He was eager and energetic to work for me and gave me a quote of 1800.00 to transport my vehicle. Because the vehicle was being imported from Vancouver BC it was important to know within a few days when the transporter would be there. I could never get the guy to commit.

Now I had a real problem, the seller was bringing the car into the US on the day before thanksgiving, so I had to scramble. I contacted Montway and was surprised to get a quote for 400.00 less than the independent hauler and they could pick it up on SATURDAY!!! Wow that made me happy.

Other than the vehicle being dirty, it arrive with no damage and a happy new owner
