I paid a premium of $50 to get immediate pick up & next day delivery which was worth it since I needed the car after flying in.
The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars was poor communications with the driver who barely spoke English and the fact he made delivery out on the main road - a mile short of the destination.This caused traffic problems & a police presence but all ended amicably. We were unable to determine from the driver why he could not deliver to the final street address since 18 wheelers had been down there before.
