The most important thing to me was that I was charged exactly what I was quoted. The car was picked up on the day it was scheduled for and dropped off on the estimated day of arrival. It was transported across many states and still arrived in about a week. There was no damage to my car or anything stolen out of it. The driver was courteous and accommodating.
