Customer service was informative during the setup call as were the subsequent email instructions. I had to handle the pick-up long distance with next door neighbor at pick-up point. It was sometimes hard to understand Mike the driver, but he got the job done and found both the pick-up and drop-off points. Price was very competitive, especially for an unexpected covered carrier.
