...The reason for the 3 is because of a communication breakdown on dates, once that was resolved they worked hard to find a carrier. The problem with the dates caused my original carrier to cancel, but I was notified right away and they stated calling other carriers, the next assigned carrier wanted more money for the same car, I refused, my rep was supported of my decision and stated they would keep calling oyher carriers, with hours I received the name of a carrier that would pick up for original agreement. He was scored a 10 by me because he had a very positive friendly attitude. Very professional when checking the car and the same on delivery. He called 2-4 times each way to give updates and answer concerns. He made this a 6 star experience for me, His name is Otis Tucker, great job Otis.
I do not think you can go wrong using this company, just clarifie all of your dates.

I wanted to submit this to help other people in the same situation as I was when trying to pick an honest provider. I have found that some people will ask for a lot of money but provide poor quality service. I did noy(should be not) get that with this company. I will use them in the future and if I am treated unfairly I will be honest as well. Good luck with your vehicle transfer.
