First of all, scheduling was easy. Then I got the call that a truck was available to get my daughter's car to her college, a three day drive. Montway emailed me fully detailing what I was to do concerning the bill of lading, the trucking company G2N2 called me to arrange a place and time for pickup. They called me 10 mins. before and then again after pickup to make sure everything went smoothly! We met, the driver checked over the car carefully for scratches, etc. marked them on a bill of lading. The car was loaded in less than 15 mins. The trucking company contacted my daughter an hour before they would arrive and kept in touch with her until they arrived. This was a seamless, no hassle experience that I would do again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your professionalism and help in getting my daughter transportation at her college. I was going to write this review on their site before getting this email I was so pleased with them I wanted to let others know.
