I used the chat feature and communicated with John. He answered my questions and e-mailed me a link where I could place my transport order. I booked the next day. We hit a small hiccup at the pickup location and Theresa the customer service agent was great. She was on the phone with me while also talking with the truckers supervisor, within minutes we back on track. My vehicle was picked up Monday night in NJ and delivered in AZ Friday at 3pm. Not even 4 full days. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful. I have shipped cars in the past, this has been the fastest and smoothest I would recommend to anyone.
