Please note, when enclosed transportation is chosen, the amount of available drivers is far below that of open transport drivers. We, as the broker, do everything within our power to assign a driver to all orders in a timely manner however, we do require 1-5 business days to assign a driver to all orders as outlined in our terms and conditions https://www.montway.com/terms-and-conditions. In order to expedite your order, you were presented with an open transport option. You initially agreed to this as well as the price that was presented to you. We, as the broker, do not control the the fair market value as it fluctuates on a constant basis. Montway most certainly apologizes for any and all inconveniences you experienced throughout your shipment.
