It took a bit longer to get the vehicle picked-up, but the delivery was faster than expected. The live-chat customer service staff was helpful and I believe they assisted in finally getting the vehicle scheduled for pick-up. The fact that the delivery was faster than expected was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I'd use them again.
