This was my first experience shipping a vehicle and I was extremely pleased with the service, monitoring, and communication. Booking the shipment was easy and fast. The company had no problem when I had to make a few changes to the date and pick up location. The email contact made the process transparent and easy to understand. At no point did I find myself worrying about the state of the vehicle, which ended up getting to the location 2 days early. There was no issue having them hold the car the 2 days until I arrived. Overall great experience.
