After speaking with them, I told them I had another company that I had booked. I said that the pickup time wasn't working and that there time was better. I said let me call the other company and see if I can cancel and I will call you back. Within a 5 minute time period they charged my credit card $339 and when I said I want to cancel, they said there is a $199 cancellation fee. After being on the phone with them a half hour, they said they still had to charge me. Basically giving me the big fuck you! I've never been screwed by a company, without them giving a damn! Unbelievable!!! Never use them! They are just a middle man anyway. You can get transporters direct. This whole thing is a scam. Call K1 transporter and save money and being scammed!
