I chose Montway primarily because of reputation and second because payment was made easy by not having to deal with cash and separate people, one payment to the company and that was all. As for the picking up it was smooth and a little later than planned (no big deal). Now, delivery was amazingly fast - Tuesday evening to Thursday late evening. The recipient of the car said it was smooth and seemingly the car is in good condition. Customer service could maybe improve if there was a way to verify at the pick-up end the progress of delivery - something like sending a package, a tracking number.
