I had my car transported across the country and was very pleased! It wasn't picked up exactly when they said, but when I called they explained it was variable depending on when they were able to find a driver, holiday delays, ect. When they picked up the driver noticed a part that was going to fall off in the front of the car, removed it and informed my father- good thing he noticed other wise it definitely would have fallen off! It arrived a few days after they said it was going to but it was not a big deal for me. When I called for questions everyone was very helpful, as was the chat service online when I was booking.
